Right to Refuse Service

DCMX & Tools, LLC reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse or discontinue service, decline or cancel orders, restrict future purchases, limit quantities, or refuse the sale of products to any customer when there is a legitimate, nondiscriminatory business reason for doing so.

Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct; suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions; chargeback or payment concerns; misuse of our products, website, or services; violation of our policies or Terms and Conditions; previous transaction or fulfillment issues; product availability; pricing or listing errors; or other legitimate business considerations.

DCMX & Tools, LLC may also cancel an order prior to fulfillment and issue a refund to the original form of payment when we determine that we are unable or unwilling to complete the transaction for a legitimate, nondiscriminatory business reason.

Nothing in this policy permits discrimination based upon any characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
